Rebalancing explores the tensions in your body. The touch of the practitioner invites you to let go of what you are holding on to. This creates space for you to get in touch with yourself. You learn to understand yourself better and to get clear on what you feel and to give words to it. This creates awareness of your own qualities and strength. You will regain your the balance between your body and your mind, between thinking and feeling, your head and your heart and rationality and intuition.
Rebalancing focuses more on discovery and awareness than on changing or improving attitude and behaviour.
